Notification Issues

If you�re not receiving notifications​

  • Confirm you�re signed in; alerts stop when the session expires.
  • Check Settings ? Notifications to ensure the relevant toggles are on.
  • Make sure the Club isn�t ignored; ignored Clubs stay silent unless you help run them.
  • For Club requests, ensure you still have permission to approve them.

If counts look wrong or frozen​

  • Refresh the page; counts update every few seconds but can stall after long sessions.
  • Sign out and back in to clear stale sessions.
  • If you recently changed roles in a Club, reopen the notification tabs so they refresh.

If alerts are overwhelming​

  • Reduce which categories you receive in Settings ? Notifications.
  • Ignore noisy Clubs instead of leaving them.
  • Favoriting key Clubs and topics makes it easier to focus and ignore the rest.
tip

You can always revisit notifications later; marking them as viewed doesn�t delete them�it just clears the badge.
