Signing In & Staying Signed In

Sign-in options​

  • Email + password: Standard sign-in with the account you created.
  • Google: Skip a separate password and use your Google account instead.

On production, Clubiam may briefly check your browser before letting you sign in. This protects against bots and usually finishes within a second.

How sign-in works day to day​

  • Session length: Once signed in, you normally stay signed in for about a month unless you log out, clear cookies, or switch browsers/devices.
  • Quiet refresh: Clubiam quietly refreshes your sign-in in the background. If a refresh fails, you�ll be asked to sign in again.
  • Auto logout: You�ll see a �Session expired� message if your session runs out or looks unsafe. Sign in again to continue.

Forgot password (email accounts)​

  1. Choose Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email; you�ll get a reset link or code.
  3. Open the link promptly�it expires for safety�then set a new password.

If you�re asked to verify your email later (for example after a change), open the link in the same browser where you�re signed in. If it says it�s expired, request a new verification.

Quick tips for smooth sign-in​

  • Keep one browser tab open while signing in or resetting a password.
  • If you switch between phone and desktop, you might need to sign in on each device.
  • Seeing repeated sign-in prompts? Clear old tabs, sign in once, and let Clubiam refresh your session in the background.
