Why Was I Logged Out?

Usual reasons

  • Session expired: Sign-ins typically last about a month. Inactivity, switching devices, or clearing cookies can end it sooner.
  • Security refresh failed: If a background check can�t refresh safely, Clubiam signs you out to protect the account.
  • Multiple devices/tabs: Rapid actions from different places can trigger a fresh sign-in.
  • Browser reset: Private mode, cleared cache, or cookie blockers remove the sign-in state.

What to do

  1. Sign in again in a single tab.
  2. If prompted for verification, complete it�it�s a one-time check.
  3. Keep the tab open for a moment so the session refresh completes.

Prevent it next time

  • Avoid clearing cookies for the site if you want to stay signed in.
  • On shared devices, expect to sign in each time (this is safer).
  • If you keep seeing sign-outs, try a different browser or disable aggressive tracker blockers for the site.

Seeing a 429 or �Too many requests� page is not a sign-out. Wait a few minutes, then refresh and sign in again if needed.
