- Open your club, select Settings, then choose the Invite Friends tab.
- Enter up to the allowed number of email addresses to send direct invitations, or paste user IDs to invite people already on Clubiam.
- Optional: personalise the invite message to give context before sending.
- Click Send Email Invites to dispatch emails, or Generate Invite Link to create a shareable link with an expiry window.
- Review the invite list to track pending, accepted or expired invitations. You can resend or revoke from the same panel.
- Share the generated link responsibly�anyone with the link can request access until it expires or you revoke it.
Tips
- Links can be set to expire automatically after a chosen number of days; regenerate a fresh link for new campaigns.
- Keep the invite panel open after sending to confirm the success toast before navigating away.
- Combine invites with a welcome post so new members know what to do once they join.
