How to Configure Club Settings

  1. Open Club Settings and review the summary cards for visibility, guidelines and activity.
  2. In Visibility & Join Policy, decide who can see your clubfront, content and whether the join button is open or by invitation only.
  3. Update Guidelines to document expectations for members; save to publish immediately.
  4. Use Club Activities to audit recent moderation events and keep the team aligned.
  5. Lock or unlock the club when you need a temporary freeze, or deactivate/reactivate if you�re taking a longer break.
  6. Visit Role Access whenever you change visibility�privilege options adjust automatically to match the new privacy level.

Tips

  • Set the join policy to invite-only before launching external campaigns if you want to vet every member.
  • Keep guidelines concise and actionable; members see them whenever they join.
  • Deactivation hides the club from discovery but preserves data so you can resume later.
